Milk Bath

I love taking milk baths because they make my whole body feel baby-smooth and creamy. But . Try this more economical alternative!

You will need:
2 c powdered milk1 c cornstarch or baking soda
5-10 drops of your favorite scent of essential oils (optional but heavenly—e.g. are lavender, rosemary, sandalwood, rose)
Jar with lid

Mix the ingredients together and put into a lidded jar. When it’s time for your bath, put half a cup of this mixture straight into the bath and hop in, then melt away into creamy dreams.

hmmm. interesting. i used to avoid putting anything edible in my baths. i have this unfounded fear that i'd wake up with ant bites all over me. hehehe but maybe this is worth trying :)
